The DMG and Survivability boost Albelda provides to your carry is second to none.
Solid at low dupes, insane when maxed out. At R5 she works best with units that have some reliance on Active Skills, and they don't have to be carry units in this case.

Special Move - Hopeful Decision
Albelda enhances the power of spirits applied to allies to additionally enhance Power of Spirits stat boosts by 200% for 10s.
Also removes all debuffs and status effects from the target and grants them Invincibility for 3s.
Albelda is immune to status effects while using this skill.
Active Skill - Festering Resentment
Aleblda deals 600% of her ATK as DMG near the enemy closest to an ally with Power of Spirits, then Locks them for 4s.
She then decreases the target’s ATK and DEF by 80% for 8s.
Active Skill - Sword of Protection
Albelda summons swords for herself and allies with Power of Spirits which block all enemy attacks 5 times.
Sword of Protection lasts for 8s and disappears when the number of blocks is used up.
Passive - Power of Spirits
At the start of the battle, Albelda applies Power of Spirits to the nearest ally that isn’t a summoned being and increases their ATK and DEF by 100% of her ATK and DEF. (This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)
If the ally dies, she finds another nearest ally and applies Power of Spirits to them.
Albelda becomes immune to status effects while applying Power of Spirits.
In addition, Albelda cannot be targeted until all allies are dead, but she also cannot use skills if there is no ally with Power of Spirits.

Physical Resistance
Level 1 Effect
The Swiftness of enemies hit by Festering Resentment decreases by 50 for 8s.
Level 2 Effect
Albelda heals the target ally’s HP by 10% every second while the Sword of Protection skill effect is active.
Level 3 Effect
Albelda recovers 500 Energy each time an ally with Power of Spirits defeats an enemy.
Level 4 Effect
Albelda increases the target’s Swiftness by 50 for 10s when using Hopeful Decision. (This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)
Revolution 4: Power of Spirits
Albelda summons a Sword of Protection on the ally she applies Power of Spirits to, then restores their Energy by 200.
Revolution 5: Hopeful Decision
The Invincibility duration of Hopeful Decision increases by 1s and decreases the target’s Active Skill cooldowns by 20s.
Revolution 6 [PvP ONLY]
Albelda’s ATK increases by 50% and DEF by 120% in Arenas.

Notes
I would consider Runda the best set for Albelda (Orange 4 and above), giving a good amount of Energy to herself and the linked ally.
El is viable too, as it helps generate Energy and Survivability is improved.
Bari is always good for the survivability it provides.
