Xia Xia is an excellent Support, with good damage increase and utility.
Her own survivability is amazing, but the one she provides to the team is hidden behind Revolution 4 and a bit lacking.
Very low value at 0 dupes.

Special Move - Quantum Lighthouse

Xia Xia becomes immune to status effects and activates Quantum Lighthouse to restore all allies' HP by 40% of their Max HP, granting Quantum state for 10 sec.

While in Quantum state, she increases ATK by 40% and recovers HP every second by 800% of her ATK.

Active Skill - Reverse Link

Xia Xia sends a Bunny Drone to the ally with the lowest HP percentage for 10 sec, healing them by 1,200% of her ATK every second for 10 sec.

Additionally, she creates a Reverse Link on the enemy with the highest HP percentage, redirecting 40% of target ally's DMG Taken to the enemy. (Not applicable to bosses)

Active Skill - Magnetic Grenade

Xia Xia throws a Magnetic Grenade at the area where enemies are most concentrated, dealing 800% of her ATK as DMG, Paralyzing them for 4 sec, and creating a magnetic field.

The magnetic field deals 400% of her ATK as DMG every second to enemies in range for 8 sec.

Passive - Genius Hacker

At the start of the battle, Xia Xia deploys a data field from the end of the allies' battlefield every 6 sec, reducing DEF of the enemies in range by 40%. (Max: 2 stacks)

Additionally, she gains 1 Backup Lighthouse when deploying the data field. (Max: 3)
When her HP falls below 70%, consumes 1 Backup Lighthouse to become Invincible for 3 sec and recovers 40% of her Max HP.

Level 1 Effect

Xia Xia recovers her Energy by 50 for each enemy hit by Magnetic Grenade.

Level 2 Effect

Reverse Link is enhanced, decreasing enemies' Physical and Magic Resistance by 30% while Reverse Link is maintained.

Level 3 Effect

Magnetic Grenade is enhanced, reducing DEF by 5% for 10 sec when attack lands. (Max: 4 stacks)

Level 4 Effect

Activates Genius Hacker effect once at the start of the battle.

Revolution 4: Quantum Lighthouse

When Xia Xia activates Quantum Lighthouse, she grants Invincibility to all allies for 2 sec and increases Physical and Magic Resistance by 60% while in Quantum state.

Revolution 5: Genius Hacker

When Xia Xia's Genius Hacker successfully Neutralizes a target, their buffs will be removed. Additionally, she recovers her Energy by 500 upon consuming 1 Backup Lighthouse.

Revolution 6 [PvP ONLY]

Increases Xia Xia's Swiftness by 50 and Max HP by 120% in Arenas.
(This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

Notes

Considering her already good survivability, Runda is now the best option, as it provides Energy and Barriers to allies and herself.
Bari is always a viable alternative, and the other IWs are also decent, especially Rafflesia for the extra Status Effect protection.
