Reflejo's survivability is insane and the debuffs and cc he brings to the team are pretty good.
He lacks grouping, which should be provided by someone else in the team, but other than that he is a great unit.
Reflejo swings a large scythe to deal 1.200% of his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies and send them Airborne for 4s. After, Reflejo's damage taken with each hit does not exceed 2% of his Max HP for 7s. Reflejo becomes Invincible while using this skill.
Reflejo slashes the enemy in the shape of a cross to deal 600% of his ATK as DMG 2 times. He absorbs their shadow for 12s if the last attack lands, stealing 45% of their Physical Resistance and Magic Resistance.
Reflejo launches shadow shinsu in a fan-shaped area to deal 550% of his ATK as DMG to enemies in range. He plants shadows that gnaw at enemies' shinsu to decrease their EVA by 30% for 12s, then deals 550% of his ATK as additional DMG using Demon Moon Shadow.
Reflejo uses basic attacks that deal DMG to enemies within range in a fan-shaped area. When the last basic attack hit lands, targets have their EVA decreased by 10% for 5s (Max: 3 stacks), and Reflejo gains 1 Fragment of Shadow. (Max: 3 stacks). At 3 Fragment of Shadow stacks, they are consumed to increase Reflejo's Physical Pierce by 7% (Max: 5 stacks) and decrease DMG taken by 80% for 4s.
Physical Resistance
Reflejo's DEF increases by 75% for 10s when Ninth Moon Shadow lands.
Fragment of Shadow is enhanced, increasing ATK SPD by 20 when the second basic attack lands. (Max: 5 stacks)
The first time Reflejo takes fatal DMG in battle, he unleashes the power of the shadows to deal 500% of his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies, Locks them 4s, and decreases their Energy by 500 before dying.
Fragment of Shadow is enhanced, changing the EVA Decrease of the second basic attack into EVA Steal.
Enemies hit by Full Moon Shadow have their Physical Resistance decreased by 30% for 10s.
Fragment of Shadow is enhanced, stealing 100 Energy when the second basic attack lands.
Reflejo's Physical Pierce increases by 30% and Effect Resistance by 100 in Arenas.

Bari is the best option to help him get to the first Special Move, after that his survivability is going to be good.
Alocasia is good if you have high EVA, but it is not as consistent as Bari.
If your team comp is capable of keeping Reflejo alive until the first Special Move, then El is the best set for him. This is pretty hard to achieve so Bari is still preferable.
