He knocks back nearby enemies excluding the target for 3 sec and becomes immune to status effects while using this skill.

Active Skill - All-Direction Sword

Inieta attacks the enemy with sword energy surging in all directions, dealing 600% of his ATK as DMG 4 times and stunning them for 5 sec.

Each time his attack hits, increases his ATK coefficient by 400%, and decreases the target’s DEF by 20% and Physical Resistance by 20% for 12 sec. (Max: 4 stacks)

He becomes immune to status effects while using this skill.

Active Skill - Drunken Sword

Inieta deals 800% of his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies and knocks them back for 5 sec.

Then he drinks liquor from a gourd to recover HP equal to 800% of his ATK and increase his EVA by 80% for 8 sec.

He becomes immune to status effects while using this skill.

Passive - Strongest of the Ten Bosses

During the battle, increases Inieta’s Physical Pierce by 80%, and his DMG taken in a single instance does not exceed 15% of his Max HP. (Cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

Each time he evades an enemy attack, increases his ATK by 40% and EVA by 100. (Max: 8 stacks)

Upon first achievement of max stacks, Inieta’s ATK increases by 400% until the end of the battle, and he blocks HP Recovery of enemies hit by his attacks for 8 sec. (Cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

When Inieta’s HP drops to 40% or below, the cooldown of Drunken Sword resets. (Cooldown: 12 sec)

Revolution 4: Strongest of the Ten Bosses

Strongest of the Ten Bosses is enhanced, and Inieta recovers 100 Energy upon evading an enemy attack. Upon first achievement of max stacks, decreases EVA of enemies hit by his attacks by 50% for 8 sec until the end of the battle.

Revolution 5: Drunken Flower Sword Dance

Drunken Flower Sword Dance is enhanced, and Inieta’s attack always lands as a Critical Hit. Each time his attack lands, he deals DMG equal to 5% of the target’s Max HP (100% of ATK as DMG if the target is a boss).

Best in Slot

Notes

Alocasia can help him stack his EVA-related skills more quickly, but this only applies if your EVA is increased enough to allow you to dodge enemy attacks.
El can help with survivability a little bit, but it's not that great.
Bari is ok just to protect him from random bursts and give him back some HP%.
Bergamot is also a decent option, especially if you are playing at an ACC deficit.
