Lifesteal
Drunken Sword is enhanced to recover 400 Energy when Inieta drinks liquor.
Drunken Sword is enhanced to remove all Debuffs when Inieta drinks liquor.
Inieta always evades enemy attacks while using Drunken Sword.
When Inieta’s HP drops to 40% or below, the cooldown of Drunken Sword resets. (Cooldown: 12 sec)
Strongest of the Ten Bosses is enhanced, and Inieta recovers 100 Energy upon evading an enemy attack. Upon first achievement of max stacks, decreases EVA of enemies hit by his attacks by 50% for 8 sec until the end of the battle.
Drunken Flower Sword Dance is enhanced, and Inieta’s attack always lands as a Critical Hit. Each time his attack lands, he deals DMG equal to 5% of the target’s Max HP (100% of ATK as DMG if the target is a boss).
Inieta’s ACC increases by 180 and EVA by 108 in PvP content.

Alocasia can help him stack his EVA-related skills more quickly, but this only applies if your EVA is increased enough to allow you to dodge enemy attacks.
El can help with survivability a little bit, but it's not that great.
Bari is ok just to protect him from random bursts and give him back some HP%.
Bergamot is also a decent option, especially if you are playing at an ACC deficit.
