Yura is a great support, she has a useful revive, an AoE Energy Recovery Block, Energy Regen for your Highest ATK unit and great offensive buffs for any Purple Element DPS.
Can be used even outside of Purple Teams.

Special Move - Shining Star
Yura starts her show, blocking the Energy Recovery of enemies in an area to the front for 5s and creating star shinsu marks on all allies for 8s. Allies with a star shinsu mark have their ATK increased by 40% and their DEF increased by 40%. In addition, if the target is a Purple element ally, their Swiftness increases by 32 and their DMG dealt to Yellow element enemies increases by 80%.
Active Skill - Spotlight
Yura creates a shinsu stage light which lights up the ally with the highest ATK for 5s, restoring their Energy by 160 every second. If the target is a Purple element ally, their ATK increases by 60% and DEF by 60%.
Active Skill - Shinsu Control Disruption
Yura activates shinsu disruption on her suitcase and throws it at a Support type enemy to deal 400% of her ATK as DMG and steal 50% of their Energy. The suitcase is thrown to the enemy with the most Energy if there are no Support type enemies.
Support type enemies hit by this skill become Silenced for 1s.
Passive - Teleporting Suitcase
When an ally other than a summoned being takes fatal DMG in battle, Yura hides them in her suitcase for 2s and heals them for 60% of their Max HP. (Cooldown: 20s).

Level 1 Effect
Teleporting Suitcase is enhanced, increasing the Max HP recovery at the end of the hiding state by an additional 15%.
Level 2 Effect
Teleporting Suitcase's cooldown is decreased by 10s.
Level 3 Effect
Spotlight is enhanced, allowing Yura to recover HP equal to 100% of the DMG dealt by the ally under the star shinsu lighting.
Level 4 Effect
Yura recovers 30% of her Energy at the start of the battle.
Revolution 4: Shining Star
Shining Gem is enhanced, increasing the duration of all allies' star shinsu marks by 2s and Purple Element allies' ATK SPD by 80.
Revolution 5: Teleporting Suitcase
The first time Yura takes fatal DMG in battle, she immediately activates Teleporting Suitcase regardless of the remaininq cooldown.
Revolution 6 [PvP ONLY]
Yura's Effect Resistance increases by 100 and DEF by 120% in Arenas.
(This buff cannot be removed with buffremoval skills.)

Notes
Bari is best for overall survivability, with El coming close and potentially outperforming Bari in some scenarios.
Rafflesia, Runda or Doris are acceptable options as well, but generally not as effective as the other two.
