Dumas becomes Invincible and throws 4 ignited Rosario's Blades at random enemies, dealing 50% of the target's Max HP as DMG (or 800% of ATK as DMG if the target is a boss), Stealing 200 Energy, and inflicting Stun for 3 sec.
If a blade fails to deal damage because the enemy is Invincible or due to their EVA, he blocks Energy Recovery for 10 sec and strikes the target with Lightning Strike after 3 sec, dealing 40% of the target's Max HP as DMG (or 800% of ATK as DMG if the target is a boss) twice.
Dumas deploys Rosario's Blade to deal 400% of his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies 20 times and Jolt them.
The deployment range of the blade expands 2 additional times while the skill is active.
Dumas powerfully thrusts the spear held in both hands forward, dealing 400% of his ATK as DMG to the enemy in a straight line 3 times.
The enemy taking DMG Bleeds, taking 200% of ATK as DMG every second for 8 sec.
Immortal Armor is activated at the start of the battle and when Dumas' HP drops to 1, he gains 30 Hit Barriers that last for 6 sec.
If the Hit Barriers do not disappear for 6 sec, he recovers 100% of his Max HP and reactivates the Immortal Armor effect.
Lifesteal
When Dumas uses Rosario’s Blade, releases all debuffs on him.
The ATK coefficient of Rosario’s Blade increases by 200%.
Dumas blocks HP Recovery of enemies afflicted with Bleed from Precise Strike for 8 sec.
Dumas recovers 500 Energy at the start of the battle.
Each time Immortal Armor is activated, Dumas recovers 1000 Energy.
Dumas blocks HP Recovery on targets hit by Rosario Ignition for 20 sec.
Dumas’ HP increases by 100% and his DEF by 120% in PVP.
(Cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

Both Runda and Doris are going to be really solid, based on which effect you need most in your team.
If you want to focus on personal survivability for Dumas, Rafflesia is a great choice.
El can offer a survivability boost as well, but I didn't like it as much.
Idea could be fine as it allows for a quick early spam of the Special Move, but feels unnecessary.
You can run Alocasia too, but in high Hard Mode floors it will be completely useless, check your EVA and the enemy ACC before you decide on this set.
Bari is not useful on Dumas, I would not consider it.
