The arrows explode when hitting the target and each deals 600% of his ATK as DMG to enemies in range 3 times.
Khel fires a Guiding Arrow to the enemy with the highest ATK, dealing 400% of his ATK as DMG to enemies in range 5 times and decreasing their DEF by 80% for 12 sec.
Afterward, Khel deals 600% of his ATK as DMG to enemies in range every second for 3 sec and pulls them in.
Khel unlocks Ancient Power for 8 sec, preventing his HP from dropping below 30% and recovering 200 Energy every second.
Additionally, his basic attack is enhanced and deals 8% of the target’s Max HP (or 160% of ATK as DMG if the target is a boss) to hit enemies, which Locks them for 2 sec.
Khel’s ACC and EVA increase by 50%. (Cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)
When taking DMG that would reduce his HP to 20% or below, Khel always evades for 5 sec. (Cooldown: 10 sec)
Khel’s skills destroy the HP Barrier of hit enemies, and he recovers 100 Energy each time a barrier is destroyed.

Doris is a decent all around option that will give him a nice Energy Decrease utility and some Swiftness.
Sundance can add a bit to his damage, but that's mostly for Energy Decrease/Block floors, as he will normally be stuck in animations.
Bari is an ok survivability option, not necessary but can be ok.
El can improve survivability, but it has the same issues as Sundance.
