For detailed information on which investment is needed, please refer to the "Investment Guide" section.
Bari, Abgrund and El are all good options, as they all increase Luslec's survivability.
Bari is the most consistent when you don't expect Luslec to be hit often, or when you need to buy your team some time to set up combos.
El is ok if you expect Single Hits to reach Luslec every now and then.
Abgrund offers the least amount of survivability, but in scenarios where you can still leverage his own conceal and invincibility it would be a good option, and the extra energy you receive from it can help.
A case could be made for Sela, when you are starting a new account and your deficit is around 250 or lower, not too useful if it is higher than that.

Effect Hit is unnecessary, unless you want to avoid investing in the Revolution Substat or you care about PvP. Effect Resistance Slot 4 Main Stat is also good.
For Substats you can also aim for some extra EVA, to use the 100% EVA increase he has from the passive, could be worth it even if your Archive isn't that great.
