Augusgus has insane damage, higher than all the other ATK scaling units currently in the game. Survivability is good, he has decent grouping, and he has a crazy number of debuffs at his disposal. They exaggerated a bit too much with his kit, basically defining a whole new standard for ATK scaling units. He might eventually fall off, but that is not going to happen any time soon.
Augusgus draws a zigzag Shinsu to deal 1,200% of his ATK as DMG to enemies in range four times and Stuns them for 3 sec each.
For each hit landed, increases his ATK by 40% for 20 sec. (Max: 20 stacks)
Augusgus becomes Immune to status effects while using this skill.
Augusgus draws a spiral Shinsu in a concentrated area and pulls enemies toward the middle of the battlefield every second for 8 sec, dealing 800% of ATK as DMG and reducing DEF by 20% for 10 sec. (Max: 5 stacks)
When dealing DMG to an enemy with maximum DEF Decrease stacks with this attack, additionally deals 200% DMG and Stuns them for 3 sec.
Augusgus draws a circular Shinsu to become Invincible for 5 sec and increases ATK by 80% and ATK SPD by 80 for 20 sec.
Additionally, his basic attacks are enhanced for 20 sec, reducing the Physical Resistance of enemies hit by basic attacks by 10% for 20 sec. (Max: 10 stacks)
When Augusgus' HP falls below 30%, he becomes Invincible for 3 sec and Teleports to a safe location. Upon Teleporting, he recovers 80% of Max HP and Energy by 600. (Cooldown: 8 sec)
Augusugus's basic attacks bounce up to three times to the nearest enemy, excluding the previous target.
Critical DMG Increase
Increases Augusgus's Swiftness by 20 at the start of the battle.
The ATK coefficient of Shinsu Picture - Zigzag increases by 200%.
The ATK coefficient of Shinsu Picture - Zigzag increases by an additional 200%.
When using Shinsu Picture - Dot's teleport, Energy Recovery increases by 100.
Augusgus reduces Yellow Element Resistance of enemies hit by his basic attacks by 20% until the end of the battle. (Max: 5 stacks)
When Shinsu Picture - Zigzag ends, Augusgus's Special Move Pierce increases by 40% until the end of the battle. (Max: 5 stacks)
Augusgus' ATK increases by 50% and Swiftness increases by 50 in Arenas.
(This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

El is the best IW for Augusgus, especially after the recent buff, increasing both his damage and survivability.
If you are in a matchup where he is going to get hit frequently, Rafflesia or Bari could be better picks.
