Tin was used to one-shot a single random enemy at the start of the fight, but it only works at super low deficits, I wouldn't bother with him.
Tin Locks enemies for 5s using shinsu beads. He then smashes them with a mace to deal 700% of his ATK as DMG. The ATK coefficient is increased by 100% if the target's HP is 40% or below. In addition, he deals 400% of his ATK as DMG to enemies around the target.
Tin swings his mace to deal 400% of his ATK as DMG to the enemy 2 times, making them Bleed for 3s if they are hit both times. Bleeding enemies take 200% of his ATK as additional DMG every second.
Tin recovers his HP equal to 40% of his DMG dealt to enemies over 7s.
Tin deals 600% of his ATK as DMG to a random enemy at the start of the battle, Knocking them forward.
Lifesteal
The MOV SPD of enemies hit by Hefty Mace decreases by 10% for 5s.
The Bleed effect duration of Sharp Mace increases by 2s.
The ATK SPD of enemies hit by Hefty Mace decreases by an additional 10% for 5s.
The ATK coefficient of Sharp Mace's Bleed effect increases by 20%.
