Endorsi is mainly used at no investment as bait to delay the enemies for 2/3 seconds and group them up.
With Revolution 4 she gets some utility as well, she could deserve a higher ranking.

Special Move - Chiffon Sword
Endorsi jumps toward the enemy with Bong Bong, dealing 400% of her ATK as DMG and Knocking them Down for 2s. Endorsi becomes Invincible while using this skill.
Active Skill - Compression Needle
Endorsi pierces through nearby enemies, dealing 200% of her ATK as DMG 3 times. Pierced enemies Bleed, taking 120% of Endorsi's ATK as DMG every second for 5s.
Active Skill - Reckless Princess
Endorsi flies with Bong Bong, dealing 200% of her ATK as DMG to the enemy with the lowest DEF in the back row. The target is Knocked Down for 2s and cannot recover Energy for 5s. Endorsi becomes immune to status effects while using this skill.
Passive - Bong Bong Output
The first time Endorsi takes fatal DMG in the battle, she Teleports back to her starting position with Bong Bong to recover 12% of her Max HP every second for 3s.

The Knockdown duration of Reckless Princess increases by 1s.
Level 2 Effect
Enemies hit by Reckless Princess have their DEF decreased by 10% for 10s.
Level 3 Effect
The Knockdown duration of Chiffon Sword increases by 1s.
Level 4 Effect
Enemies hit by Chiffown Sword have their DEF decreased by 20%.
Revolution 4: Reckless Princess
Enemies damaged by Reckless Princess have their DEF decreased by 100% for 8s.
Revolution 5: Bong Bong Output
Increases ATK by 400% and DEFby 100% for 8s upon activating Bong Bong Output
Revolution 6 [PvP ONLY]
Increases ATK by 50% and ACC by 180 in Arenas.

Notes
Bari is good so that Endorsi can stay on the enemy side of the field for a bit longer and draw some more aggro.
Raihanna is an alternative, but it is a lot worse.
