Yihwa used to be one of the strongest DPS units in the game, but now she is merely an AoE DEF shred unit.
I wouldn't recommend building her anymore.

Special Move - Explosion of Flame
Yihwa detonates the Yeon Family Flare to deal 280% of her ATK as DMG every second for 7s to enemies in range. She becomes immune to status effects while using the skill, but her Physical and Magic Resistance are decreased by 20%.
Active Skill - Hellion
Yihwa gathers her flames to deal 800% of her ATK as DMG to enemies in a fan-shaped area, Knocking them Back.
Active Skill - Yeon Family Flare
Yihwa envelops her entire body with flames, creating a barrier equal to 800% of her ATK for 10s. The flame barrier deals 200% of her ATK as DMG every second to nearby enemies.
Passive - Undying Flame
Yihwa ignites enemies hit by her basic attacks with embers to decrease their DEF by 8% (Max: 6 stacks). When the number of stacks reaches its maximum, Yihwa consumes them to deal 220% of her ATK as DMG to the enemy, Stunning them for 3s. The embers dissipate if she doesn't attack for 5s.

Critical Rate Increase
Level 1 Effect
Yihwa creates a barrier equal to 100% of her Max HP when Explosion of Flame activates.
If the barrier she created remains active until the end of Explosion of Flame, it is immediately removed.
Level 2 Effect
Yihwa's ATK increases by 20% while Explosion of Flame is active.
Level 3 Effect
The Physical Resistance and Magic Resistance debuffs are removed from Explosion of Flame.
Level 4 Effect
Yihwa's HP Recovery amount decreases by 50% while Explosion of Flame is active, but her skill ATK coefficient increases by 50%.
Revolution 4: Hellion
Recovers HP equal to 200% of DMG dealt using Hellion.
Revolution 5: Undying Flame
Undying Flame is enhanced, adding Ember stack to enemies hit by Special Move.
Revolution 6 [PvP ONLY]
Increases ATK by 50% and Magic Pierce by 30% in Arenas.
(This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

Notes
Runda is likely her best set due to the Energy Regen it provides.
El could work, but she doesn't do basic attacks while using the Special Move, which means she is going to be vulnerable to attacks.
Bari is always a safe pick to improve survivability.
