Nya Nia delivers food to the ally with the lowest HP (excluding himself), restores 80% of their missing HP, and increases their HP Recovery amount by 120% for 10s (Max Recovery - 500% of the caster's ATK). Nya Nia uses the skill on himself if there are no other allies.
Active Skill - Noodle Carrier Smack
Nya Nia swings his noodle carrier at an enemy to deal 620% of his ATK as DMG, Jolting them. He then swings it once more to deal 620% of his ATK as DMG, Stunning them for 2s.
Active Skill - Noodle Coupon
Nya Nia throws a Noodle Coupon at the farthest ally, healing their HP by 160% of his ATK every second for 10s. Nya Nia uses the skill on himself if there are no other allies.
Passive - Survival of the Weak
Nya Nia recovers 24% of his Max HP whenever he heals an ally. If he is at max HP, Nya Nia creates a barrier equal to 24% of his Max HP for 5s.

The lost HP Recovery amount of Special Delivery increases by 10%.
Level 2 Effect
The lost HP Recovery amount of Special Delivery increases by an additional 10%.
Level 3 Effect
Nya Nia's target ally becomes immune to status effects while the HP Recovery buff from Special Delivery is active.
Level 4 Effect
The ATK of Nya Nia's target ally increases by 20% while the HP Recovery buff from Special Delivery is active.
