Data Urek revolution buffs made him more durable than he used to be, so he could actually be used in some niche situations.
Avoid using him if there aren't at least 2/3 Physical Damage dealers in the enemy team.

Special Move - Unparalleled Speed
Data Mazino Teleports to the center of the battlefield in an invincible state, hits nearby enemies with 400% of his ATK 6 times, and applies an Error Sign on the hit enemy with the highest ATK to decrease their Physical Resistance by 20% for 10s.
He then creates barriers for all allies equal to 30% the total DMG dealt. Barriers still standing after 10s explode to deal 400% his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies, Stunning them for 3s.
Active Skill - Unstable Skill
Data Mazino releases Energy to deal 800% of his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies and Knock them Back.
In addition, Data Mazino's Physical Resistance increases by 80% for 10s. Unstable Skill does not activate again while this Physical Resistance Increase effect is active.
Active Skill - One-Finger Attack
Data Mazino creates a fan-shaped shockwave that deals 240% of his ATK as DMG 3 times to enemies in range, Knocking them Down for 2s. The path of the shockwave leaves a heated zone that deals 240% of Data Mazino's ATK as DMG every second for 5s.
Passive - Bugged Character
Unstable Skill's cooldown is decreased by 0.5s when Data Mazino takes physical DMG. In addition, his DEF increases by 8% every 10s from the start of the battle.

Data Mazino's DEF increases by 20% at the start of the battle.
Level 2 Effect
Data Mazino recovers 3% of his Max HP every second while the Unparalleled Speed barrier is active.
Level 3 Effect
Data Mazino recovers an additional 3% of his Max HP every second while the Unparalleled Speed barrier is active.
Level 4 Effect
Data Mazino's Swiftness increases by 50 while the Unparalleled Speed barrier is active.
Revolution 4: Unparalleled Speed
Data Mazino reduces the ATK of enemies with Error Signs by 90%. The barrier created by Unparalleled Speed increases by an additional 600% of his DEF. Also, when the barrier is destroyed, a barrier with 50% is created for 10 sec and Data Mazino recovers 30% of his Max HP.
Revolution 5: Bugged Character
Unstable Skill’s cooldown is decreased by an additional 1,5 sec when Data Mazino takes physical DMG, and Energy is recovered by 100. In addition, DEF increases by 300% once the battle begins, the activation time of DEF Increase is decreases by 8 sec after the start of the battle, and the skill’s DEF Increase is enhanced so that the buff cannot be removed by a buff removal skill.
Revolution 6 [PvP ONLY]
Data Mazino’s ATK increases by 50% and HP by 100% in Arenas.
(This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

Notes
Bari helps Urek cast his first Special Move, after that, his high DEF, Resistances and the Barriers he will generate should be enough to keep him alive.
Runda does a similar job, and could sometimes be better than Bari.
Alocasia and Rafflesia can also work, but until they receive a buff I would not recommend them.
