Ice Spear Khun Aguero has amazing utility and decent survivability.
He provides Magic Resistance decrease, DEF decrease, HP Recovery Block, Energy decrease and Swiftness decrease, all of that in an AoE.
Khun throws an Ice Spear at the farthest enemy, dealing 800% DMG, inflicting Frost on them for 4s that reduces their DEF by 40%, and creates an Ice Zone. The Ice Zone lasts for 7s, dealing 600% DMG every second, and reduces enemy's Swiftness by 60. He becomes immune to status effects while using this skill.
Khun swings his spear at enemies, dealing 200% of his ATK as DMG four times, and reducing their Magic Resistance by 10% for 12s. (Max: 4 stacks)
Khun creates a barrier equal to 1 600% of his ATK for 14s.
Additionally to the Barrier creates Ring of Ice around himself, dealing 160% of his ATK as DMG every second to nearby enemies.
While Ring of Ice is active, Magic Pierce increases by 40%.
At the start of the battle, Khun creates a barrier equal to 1 600% of his ATK for 14s, then raises his spear and dashes at the farthest enemy, dealing 1 000% of his ATK as DMG to all enemies along the path and inflicting Frost on them for 5s.
He becomes immune to status effects while using this skill.
Critical DMG Increase
Piercing Spear is enhanced, reducing the Swiftness of enemies hit by 40 for 8s.
Frozen Rampage is enhanced, reducing the Magic Resistance of enemies hit by 5%.
After using Ice Zone, select a target to immediately activate Piercing Spear.
Ice Zone is enhanced, blocking the HP Recovery of enemies in range while it is active.
DMG dealt to enemies afflicted by Frost ignores 80% of their DEF.
Ice Zone is enhanced, dealing DMG that always lands and reduces Energy by 200 every second.
Increases Khun's ATK by 50% and Effect Hit by 95 in Arenas.

Bari is the best option for extra survivability.
El sounds weird, but could actually be his BiS, as the Frost he applies at the start pretty much guarantees that the first Basic Attack lands and that he can keep the shield up.
Rafflesia is effective in protecting against Status Effects and generating a small amount of Energy.
Raihanna is not that great, as the Silence overlaps with the Frost, making it more or less useless.
