Alice throws a smoke grenade at the farthest enemy to Blind and decrease the EVA of enemies in range by 80% for 5s.
She then snipes the target to deal 1200% of her ATK as DMG.
If the shot results in a Critical Hit, the target takes additional DMG equal to 30% of their Max HP (600% of ATK if target is a boss).
Alice increases her Critical DMG by 80% for 12s, then snipes the farthest enemy to deal 800% of her ATK as DMG.
If the shot results in a Critical Hit, the target takes additional DMG equal to 20% of their Max HP (400% of ATK if target is a boss).
Alice adjusts her aim onto the farthest enemy for 3s, then fires to deal 600% of her ATK as DMG.
Alice's ATK coefficient increases by 400% every second while aiming. (Max: 3 times)

Alice shoots immediately when hit with a status effect attack while aiming. If the target she is aiming at dies, she will immediately shoot the farthest target.
Alice Conceals herself at the start of the battle for 2s, then again every 6s for 2s.
She always targets the farthest enemy, and her attacks ignore other enemies in their paths to the target.
In addition, when an enemy uses a Special Move or Active Skill which heals another enemy, Alice throws a flashbang at the enemy who used the skill to Stun them for 3s. (Cooldown: 4s)
Critical DMG Increase
All attacks are guaranteed to result in Critical Hits while Concealed.
The Elimination cooldown resets when assisting with defeating an enemy using Precise Shot.
Alice Conceals herself for 5s when her HP drops to 50% or below. (Limit: once)
Concealment increases ATK by 30% every second and lasts until the end of the battle. (Max: 10 stacks)
Throwing a flashbang with Independent Judgment increases her ATK by 200% for 10s, and the skill's Conceal duration increases by 2s.
Forest Contract is enhanced, dealing 30% of the target's Max HP as additional DMG (600% of ATK if target is a boss).
Increases ATK by 50% and Magic Pierce by 30% in Arenas.
(This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

Runda is the best set for Alice, as she is frequently concealed and can maintain the Shield reliably, giving her good amounts of Energy.
El is a good option too, protecting against attacks and having more ATK SPD to quickly generate Energy.
Idea is an option too, as it can allow you to quickly kill an enemy by casting two Special Moves in succession.
Abgrund isn't bad on Floors that have the Crit Rate debuff. (Keep in mind she has guaranteed crits while concealed)
Bari is good for improving overall survivability.
