Rak can tank well and provoke enemies.
His utility is a bit lacking, but sometimes a meat shield is all you need.
Rak creates a giant stone fist to deal 600% of his ATK as DMG to the enemy with the highest ATK and nearby enemies 3 times, sending them airborne for 2s. In addition, Rak’s DMG taken decreases by 60% and he becomes immune to status effects for 8s.
Rak summons a Stone Prison with 80% of his stats. Imprisoning the enemy with the highest ATK for 6s. (Cannot be removed with status removal skills.)
The Stone Prison explodes if it isn’t destroyed within 6s, dealing 1,000% of the Stone Prison’s ATK as DMG to the imprisoned target and nearby enemies.
This skill only activates when there are 2 or more enemies.
Rak makes stone spikes shoot out from the ground to deal 1,000% of his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies, sending them airborne for 2s, then Provoking them for 10s.
In addition, the Energy Rak recovers when attacked increases to 10 for 12 sec.
Rak is protected in a layer of stone, turning incoming DMG that is 20% or less than his Max HP to 0. (Cooldown: 3s).
In addition, when Rak’s HP becomes 40% or lower, he creates a Stone Shield with 7 durability. (Limit: once) Rak turns incoming DMG that is 30% or less than his Max HP to 0, and attacks that deal more DMG than this threshold is absorbed by the Stone Shield, decreasing its durability by 1.
Rak recovers 16% of his Max HP whenever the shield’s durability decreases. The Stone Shield disappears 20s after it is created or when its durability reaches 0.
Lifesteal
Rak's DEF increases by 80% for 12s when using Rising Rock.
The durability of Stone Shield increases by 2.
The cooldown of Stone Prison resets when an ally dies. The cooldown reset does not activate again for 5s.
Stone Fist is enhanced, decreasing damage taken by an additional 20%.
Rak decreases the ATK of enemies Provoked with Rising Rock by 50% for 10s.
Rak’s ATK increases by 200% when attacking an enemy that is using basic attacks on him.
Rak’s DEF increases by 120% and Effect Resistance by 100 in Arenas.
(This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

Runda is the best option, it synergizes with the passive and can maintain the Damage Reduction buff from the Special Move at all times.
Bari and Myeongwol are decent, but have never worked insanely well with Rak's kit.
