Enemies damaged by Hell Joe have their DEF decreased by 12% and Swiftness decreased by 8 for 8 sec. (Max: 5 stacks)
Upon taking fatal DMG for the first time, Red Thryssa gets out of control, making it invincible for 3 sec, removing all debuffs and recovering HP by 100%. Then, his HP is reduced by 5% of his Max HP every second until he is finally killed.
