Irregular Urek is slightly better than his SSR+ version, thanks to some extra survivability and utility that was added to his Revolution.
I wouldn't consider him a worthy investment, and there are often better alternatives.
His survivability depends on resistances, HP and DEF buffs, without those he is going to die fairly quickly, which also means at high deficits he will under perform.
Mazino unleashes a powerful attack to deal 1,400% of his ATK as DMG to the enemy and Stuns them for 3s. He then deals 620% of his ATK as DMG to enemies in a straight line (excluding his initial target) and Knocks them Back for 2s. Afterwards, the energy explodes, dealing 620% of his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies and Knocks them Back for 2s. Additionally, he recovers 30% of his Max HP and his Swiftness is increased by 30 for 10s.
Mazino creates a barrier equal to 800% of his ATK for himself for 10s and a barrier equal to 200% of his ATK for nearby allies for 10s.
He then deals 400% of his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies and decreases their Swiftness by 20 for 5s.
Mazino drops from the sky in an invincible state to deal 400% of his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies, Paralyzing the target for 1s and gaining Celerity for 20s. While Celerity is active, Mazino's Swiftness is increased by 30, and he Teleports to his attacker to deal 400% of ATK as DMG, Paralyzing for 1s.
Mazino decreases the target's Swiftness by 5 for 10s when attacking an enemy. (Max: 3 stacks). Additionally, if Mazino is hit by a Status Effect Attack, his ATK increases by 16% and his DEF increases by 16% for 10s. (Max: 5 stacks) If Mazino dies during combat, he deals 800% of his ATK as DMG to all enemies, Paralyzing them for 2s before leaving the battlefield.
Lifesteal
Urek recovers 5% of his Max HP when hit by a Status Effect Attack.
Each of Urek's remaining Active Skill cooldowns decreases by 20% of the original cooldown when he is hit by a Status Effect Attack.
Urek's skills destroy all buffs on the target.
Urek becomes immune to status effects at the start of the battle.
For each Blue Element ally, Mazino's HP increases by 80%. (This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)
Additionally, each time he uses the skill, creates a Barrier for all allies equal to 30% of his Max HP for 8 sec.
Mazino becomes Invincible for 1 sec each time he teleports to the enemy.
Additionally, teleport attacks become ranged attacks and reduce the hit enemies' energy by 100.
Mazino's ATK increases by 50% and HP by 100% in Arenas.
(This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

If your deficit isn't higher than 400/450, Runda is the best pick, synergizing well with Urek's kit.
Bari will always be a good option, just to protect Urek from an occasional one-shot.
Alocasia is viable, but goes against his kit design, so it's not the preferred choice.
