Shane's utility isn't too bad, she has Green Element Resistance Shred, some CCs and even a Crit Hit Resistance decrease debuff with Revolution.
This is nothing relevant most of the time, but she could be used.

Shane becomes Invincible and cannot be targeted while using this skill.

Active Skill - Bathe in Their Cries

Shane discharges a dark cloud in a fan-shaped area to deal 600% of her ATK as DMG to enemies in range. She then pulls them in, sends them Airborne for 2s, and decreases their MOV SPD by 50% for 10s. If the attack results in a Critical Hit, she steals 10% of their Critical DMG Increase for 10s. (Max: 5 stacks)

Active Skill - 100 Ghost Chaotic Dance

Shane unleashes piercing sword blasts in a forward direction to deal 160% of her ATK as DMG 6 times. The remaining cooldown of Bathe in Their Cries decreases by 1s every time the attack results in a Critial Hit.

Passive - Crystal of Soul Absoption

Shane's attacks have a 15% chance to apply a Green Element Crystal on the enemy when she deals damage.
When an enemy afflicted with a Green Element Crystal attacks a Green Element teammate, the crystal explodes and decreasses the enemy's Green Element Resistance by 10% for 15s. (Max: 6 stacks)

Shane possesses 2 Demon Souls at the start of the battle, absorbing 1 whenever her HP falls to 30%. Absorbing a soul immediately restores 40% of Shane's HP. After a soul is absorbed, Shane recovers HP equal to 20% of the Critical DMG dealt each time her attack results in a Critial Hit. The second absorption heals her HP by 40% of the Critical DMG.

Level 4 Effect

At the start of the battle, Shane gains an additional Demon Soul that can be consumed via Crystal of Soul Absorption.
