Lozeal is a good healer and ATK buffer, with a debuff removal in her kit.
She is a solid pick, but not exceptional and there will often be better picks than her.

Special Move - Whirlpool
Lozeal creates a shinsu whirlpool that Knocks Back enemies and removes debuffs and status effects from her allies. The shinsu whirlpool area restores allies' HP by 200% of her ATK every second for 5s.
Active Skill - Healing Shinsu
Lozeal restores the HP of two allies with the lowest HP percentage by 600% of her ATK and increases their DEF by 40% for 7s. If those allies are Green Element, she instead restores HP by 1,000% of her ATK and increases their DEF by 80% for 7s.
Active Skill - Shinsu Snare
Lozeal ties up the enemy with shinsu to deal 620% of her ATK as DMG, stunning them for 2s. The tied-up enemy's DEF decreases by 40%.
Passive - Shinsu Blessing
Lozeal increases ATK of Green Element allies by 32% at the start of the battle.

Shinsu Blessing is enhanced, increasing Green Element allies' ATK by 80% at the start of the battle.
Revolution 5: Whirlpool
Whirlpool is enhanced, increasing the skill's shinsu whirlpool duration by 5s.
Revolution 6 [PvP ONLY]
Increases Healing by 50% and Effect Resistance by 100 in Arenas.

Notes
Bari is best for overall survivability, with El coming close and potentially outperforming Bari in some scenarios.
Rafflesia, Runda or Doris are acceptable options as well, but generally not as effective as the other two.
