Special Move - Unapproachable Speed
Edin Teleports to the enemy with the lowest current HP to deal 600% of his ATK as DMG. Once the attack lands, the target is Knocked Down for 3s. Edin then quickly returns to his original spot. If this attack kills an enemy, Edin's Swiftness increases by 40 for 10s.
Edin is Invincible while using this skill.
Active Skill - Full Speed
Edin quickly moves behind the farthest enemy, dealing 400% of his ATK as DMG to all enemies in his path. In addition, Edin's Swiftness increases by 20 for 10s.
Active Skill - Counter
Edin delivers a swift kick to an enemy to deal 400% of his ATK as DMG and Stuns them for 2s. Edin then Teleports behind the furthest ally. Upon successfully Teleporting, Edin increases his Swiftness by 20 for 10s.
Passive - No. 1 Speedster
Edin gains 2 EVA for every 1 point of Swiftness. Edin's ATK increases by 8% for 10s upon evading an attack. (Max: 5 stacks)

Critical DMG Increase
Level 1 Effect
Full Speed in enhanced and Jolts all enemies in Dan's path.
Level 2 Effect
The duration of the Stun applied to the attacker when Edin uses Counter is increased by 1s.
Level 3 Effect
Edin removes debuffs from himself when the ATK Increase effect from No. 1 Speedster reaches the maximum possible points in the stack. He remains immune to debuffs as long as he maintains a maxed-out stack.
Level 4 Effect
Unapproachable Speed is enhanced to grant Swiftness Increase even if the target does not die.
Revolution 4: Unapproachable Speed
Increases Swiftness by 60 for 12s upon using Unapproachable Speed.
Revolution 5: No. 1 Speedster
No. 1 Speedster is enhanced, increasing EVA by 8 per Swiftness.
Revolution 6 [PvP ONLY]
Increases ATK by 50% and EVA by 108 in Arenas.

Notes
Bari gives him more Swiftness, which in turn means more EVA, and also provides good survivability.
Rafflesia and Alocasia are both good alternatives.
