Novick has a great supportive kit for Kaiser and other Basic Attack based DPS units, his main shortcoming is that he is just too squishy.
If he could reliably stay alive, he would be a lot more useful.

Special Move - Crimson Soul Fist Seal Zone
Novick expands a Crimson Soul Fist Seal Zone lasting 4s to increase the Physical Resistance of allies in the Seal Zone by 80%. Enemies within the Seal Zone are Locked, and have their Swiftness Increase blocked. When all allies deal a basic attack to enemies in the Seal Zone, the ATK coefficient increases by 200%. Novick becomes immune to status effects while using this skill.
Active Skill - Hayeol-style Crimson Bell Shock
Novick attacks enemies to deal 840% of his ATK as DMG, and all basic attacks dealt by the target will miss for 10s.
Active Skill - Spinning Needle
Novick throws 2 needles containing Crimson Souls at the enemy with the highest ATK, dealing 840% of his ATK as DMG to all enemies in the path and Silencing them for 6s.
Passive - Crimson Soul
Every time an enemy is hit by Novick's active skill, a Crimson Soul is added to the stack, increasing his Physical Resistance by 20% per Crimson Soul in the stack. (Max: 4) When Novick activates his Special Move, he uses up all the stacked Crimson Souls to increase the duration of his Crimson Soul Fist Seal Zone by 1s per stacked Crimson Soul.

Level 2 Effect
The cooldown of Hayeol-style Crimson Bell Shock resets when the Crimson Soul Fist Seal Zone activates.
Level 3 Effect
The cooldown of Spinning Needle resets when the Crimson Soul Fist Seal Zone activates.
Level 4 Effect
The ATK of enemies locked by Crimson Soul Fist Seal Zone decreases by 50% while Novick is on the battlefield.
Revolution 4: Crimson Soul
35% chance to Lock the enemy for 1s when using basic attacks.
Revolution 5: Crimson Soul Fist Seal Zone
Increases all allies' ATK SPD by 40 while the Seal Zone is active.
Revolution 6 [PvP ONLY]
Increases HP by 100% and Effect Hit by 95 in Arenas.
