Lero Ro is an amazing support for Blue DPS units, he provides an ATK buff to them, while decreasing the enemies' DEF, Resistances and Swiftness.

Special Move - Enhanced Lighthouse: Highly Concentrated Shinsu Zone
Lero Ro becomes immune to Jolt and focuses for 5s, then drops an enhanced Lighthouse to deal 800% of his ATK as DMG to enemies in range. In addition, he Jolts targets if their DEF is higher than his, and Stuns them for 3s if their DEF is lower. The Lighthouse creates a highly concentrated area of shinsu for 6s, decreasing the Swiftness of enemies in range by 48.
Active Skill - Shinsu Wall
When the enemy is near, Lero Ro summons a wall of shinsu to deal 620% of his ATK as DMG to nearby enemies, Knocking them Back. In addition, he decreases their Swiftness by 40 for 10s.
Active Skill - Advantage Rule
Lero Ro scans the battlefield and decreases all enemies' DEF by 40% for 10s. Enemies with decreased Swiftness see an additional 20% decrease to their DEF.
Passive - Weapon Boost Skill
Lero Ro increases Blue Element allies' ATK by 32% at the start of the battle.

Level 2 Effect
Lero Ro Stuns enemies even if their DEF is higher than his when Enhanced Lighthouse: Highly Concentrated Shinsu Zone activates.
Level 3 Effect
The duration of Enhanced Lighthouse: Highly Concentrated Shinsu Zone increases by 2s.
Level 4 Effect
The Physical and Magic Resistance of enemies inside the Enhanced Lighthouse: Highly Concentrated Shinsu Zone decrease by 20%.
Revolution 4: Advantage Rule
Increases the caster's DEF by 100% for 30s every time Advantage Rule's DEF Decrease effect is successful. (Max: 3 stacks)
Revolution 5: Weapon Boost Skill
Weapon Boost Skill is enhanced, increasing Blue Element allies' ATK by 80% at the start of the battle.
Revolution 6 [PvP ONLY]
Increases Swiftness by 50 and Effect Resistance by 100 in Arenas.
(This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

Notes
Bari is best for overall survivability, with El coming close and potentially outperforming Bari in some scenarios.
Rafflesia, Runda or Doris are acceptable options as well, but generally not as effective as the other two.
