Xia Xia has a simple kit, she heals, gives a tiny bit of energy, a barrier and an ATK buff to red element units.
Not insane value, but consistent and reliable.
She is an easily replaceable unit you don't really need.

Special Move - High Performance Lighthouse
Xia Xia deploys a Lighthouse to heal whichever of her allies has the lowest percentage of remaining HP by 1 200% of her ATK. The Lighthouse also removes that ally's debuffs. The Lighthouse follows the target ally for 5s, healing their HP by an additional 200% of her ATK every second. Excess healing will be proportionally converted into Energy. (Maximum recovery per bonus -100)
Active Skill - Eyes Wide Open!
Flashing a powerful light in front of herself, Xia Xia deals 800% of her ATK as DMG to enemies in a fan-shaped area and Blinds them for 8s.
Active Skill - Refundable Barrier
Xia Xia creates a barrier equal to 80% of her Max HP for the 2 allies with the lowest HP that lasts for 10s. While the barrier is active, those allies become immune to Critical DMG. When the barrier disappears, Xia Xia proportionally converts the remaining barrier into Energy and recovers. (Maximum recovery per bonus -100)

Xia Xia increases the ATK of Red Element allies by 32% at the start of the battle.

The performance bonus of High Performance Lighthouse increases by 50%.

Eyes Wide Open! is enhanced to Silence hit enemies for 5s.

The Recovery effect of High Performance Lighthouse increases by 20% if the target is a Red Element ally.
Revolution 4: Maniacal
Maniacal is enhanced, increasing Red Element allies' ATK by 80% at the start of the battle.
Revolution 5: High Performance Lighthouse
High Performance Lighthouse is enhanced, recovering targets' Energy at the lighthouse by 100 for 5s.
Revolution 6 [PvP ONLY]
Increases Healing by 50% and Effect Resistance by 100 in Arenas.
(This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

Notes
Bari is best for overall survivability, with El coming close and potentially outperforming Bari in some scenarios.
Rafflesia, Runda or Doris are acceptable options as well, but generally not as effective as the other two.
