The only relevant use case for her is when you want to decrease the ACC of the highest ATK enemy so that his attacks will miss.
Calliope becomes invincible and makes the enemies love-struck, then strikes down with a scythe to deal DMG equal to 1,800% of her ATK.
Love-struck enemies become Fascinated for 4 sec and their Physical Resistance is decreased by 50% for 10 sec.
Calliope's ATK increases by 200% for 7 sec, she then conceals herself and quickly moves behind the enemy with the highest ATK, dealing 1,200% of her ATK as DMG and inflicting them with Fear for 3 sec.
Calliope becomes immune to status effects while using this skill.
Calliope creates a spotlight that illuminates herself and Death-Sensei for 5 sec, recovering HP equal to 200% of their respective ATK every second.
Deals 400% of their respective ATK as DMG to enemies in range every second, Paralyzing them for 1 sec.
At the start of the battle, Calliope summons Death-Sensei from another world. Death-Sensei has his own stats, with values equal to 120% of Calliope's stats.
Death-Sensei is immune to Status Effects during the battle and dies when she dies.
When someone dies in the battlefield, she collects their soul to unleash the power of Shinigami. (Excluding her own Death-Sensei)
Ally's Death: Increases DEF of Calliope and Death-Sensei by 80% until the end of the battle (Max: 5 stacks)
Enemy's Death: Increases ATK of Calliope and Death-Sensei by 80% until the end of the battle (Max: 5 stacks)

Go-Death-Sensei is enhanced and when an ally excluding Calliope's Death-Sensei dies, increasing the EVA by 20%. Increases ACC by 20% when an enemy dies. (Max: 5 stacks each)
Make 'Em Afraid always results in a Critical Hit, stealing 400 Energy from hit enemies.
Upon summoning Death-Sensei, his inherited stat ratio is increased by 30% and when Calliope assists in eliminating enemies, the remaining skill cooldown of Make 'Em Afraid decreases by 90%.
Calliope's ATK increases by 50% and her summoned being's DMG Taken decreases by 50% in Arenas.
(This buff cannot be removed with buff removal skills.)

Mori only needs to stay alive to provide her limited utility, so El or Bari would be the preferred choice.
Alocasia and Rafflesia can also work, but until they receive a buff I would not recommend them.
